What information do we collect? How do we use it?

When you download a demonstration file, we collect your name and e-mail address at a minimum. For our more advanced software, we also collect your mailing address and telephone number. This allows us to contact you with important installation information, tips and tricks, follow-up information and support. You must accept these terms and conditions before downloading our demonstration software. A checkbox is provided on the download form to indicate acceptance.

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

When you submit customer feedback, we also ask for your e-mail address so we may provide you with a response when necessary, although we do not display customer e-mail addresses for public viewing on our feedback pages.

When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.

We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the site.

We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the Web site, new services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable.
